The Wholesale Transformation team leads strategic change in wholesale banking, developing digital solutions to simplify processes for customers and employees. With over 70 specialists in Poland, the team focuses on automation and process optimization across key business areas.

The Role

You will be responsible for eliminating inefficiencies and executing strategic change within UK CMB. You will lead projects from initiation to implementation, support business decision-making, and collaborate with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and implement initiatives to streamline processes and improve efficiency

✔ Work closely with stakeholders and analytics teams

✔ Apply Lean Six Sigma to optimize customer journeys

✔ Lead a team and foster a culture of continuous improvement

✔ Deliver change using Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Requirements

✔ 7+ years of experience in change management and process reengineering

✔ Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies

✔ Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Proficiency in tools like ARIS, MS Office, Confluence, Jira

✔ Higher education (MBA preferred)
