Sourcing & Procurement Specialist (MRO & Site Services)
Responsibilities:
• Support EMEA Manufacturing sites and other business entities in managing indirect spending, including MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) and Site Services categories.
• Identify potential vendors, evaluate supplier capabilities, and qualify both existing and new suppliers to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Sourcing activities and negotiate contract terms to secure the best commercial and legal conditions.
• Monitor and enhance supplier performance by implementing improvement plans, conducting audits, and fostering long-term supplier relationships.
• Conduct supplier audits to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards, mitigating potential supply chain risks.
• Value Proposals & Cost Optimization
• Support internal catalog creation and maintenance in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date procurement data.
• Work closely with operations, engineering, finance, and business units to align sourcing strategies with company objectives.
• Utilize SAP, MS Office, and eSourcing tools to manage tenders, supplier evaluations, and procurement reporting.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–7 years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement (MRO/Site Services preferred) within a multinational or manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-changing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and eSourcing tools.
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and safety. Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
