Strategic Sourcing Manager

Location: Kraków

Office attendance: 6 days per month

Type of contract: employment contract for 14 months with the possibility of extension

Strategic Sourcing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support the execution of sourcing projects to help achieve annual savings targets for the country.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing activities across various categories and regions.
• Define sourcing strategies to deliver the best value to the business.
• Apply supply, cost, and demand levers to optimize purchasing decisions.
• Prepare and lead negotiations, including contract discussions.
• Handle the implementation, extension, and termination of contracts.
• Contribute to achieving yearly and long-term savings goals based on category or country plans.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in procurement or sourcing; experience in process-related work is also welcome.
• Proven track record in a similar position.
• Experience with project work, data analysis, or benchmarking is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet quality standards.
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on delivering cost savings.
• University degree or higher.
• Experience managing spend in sourcing projects (depending on seniority level).
• Fluent English is required; knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
