Supply Chain Process Analyst with German - remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage stock levels and optimize inventory in SAP.
• Process purchase orders and handle missing parts management.
• Communicate with production teams and suppliers to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Resolve disputes and mitigate supply chain risks proactively.
• Optimize SAP parameters for efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance processes and resolve complex issues.
• Maintain process documentation and generate operational reports.

You are the right person for the role if you:

• Proficiency in English and German (B2 level, mostly written communication).
• 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service (manufacturing background is a plus).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong customer focus and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Team-oriented approach.
