As a Finance Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a finance team focused on distributor refunds. Your role includes ownership of the refund calculation process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing entries, resolving discrepancies and issues, and managing claim settlements.
You will also play a key role in the successful transition and stabilization of financial processes in Kraków center, contributing to process improvements and supporting other departments as the subject matter expert in your area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure delivery of exceptional service in Bill-back related areas
- Build and supervise Bill-back team
- Ensure successful transition and stabilization of processes in GBS Kraków
- Suggest and carry out process improvements
- Act as a Bill-back related expert to other departments of Ecolab and be the main point of contact for the process
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators
- Coach and mentor team members
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent English and German on a B2 level.
- Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field
- 3+ years of financial processes experience; experience in people management is an asset
- Strong PC skills, e.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word and good system knowledge of SAP
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in multinational environment
