Business Analyst (Technical) – Privileged Access Management
We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with a strong technical background to join a large-scale transformation program in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM). The project focuses on modernizing solutions in authentication, federation, privileged access management, secrets management, and API security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical and business requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define and map use cases.
- Design and optimize processes to ensure efficiency.
- Perform root cause analysis.
- Document and map processes comprehensively.
- Engage with stakeholders in a global environment.
- Deliver outcomes on time and according to expectations.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies.
- Knowledge and experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel and Visio.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proactive and collaborative team player.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with global teams.
- Familiarity with processes and standards of large financial organizations.
