Technology Office Senior Manager - Fast Track Leadership Program

This role is part of a structured 18-month leadership acceleration program aimed at developing future senior technology executives. Acting as a close partner to the Chief Technology Officer, you will support strategic technology management, enterprise architecture, and governance while working closely with senior business and technology leaders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting strategic management of the technology domain, including priorities, roadmaps, and standards

• Representing the technology function in leadership forums and cross-functional initiatives

• Ensuring consistency of enterprise architecture and core retail systems (e.g. POS, ERP, e-commerce, WMS, OMS)

• Contributing to governance, portfolio management, and major transformation programs

• Coordinating strategic initiatives such as store and logistics digitalization

• Strengthening collaboration between technology and business teams

• Identifying risks, monitoring technology trends, and recommending development directions

• Mentoring technology leaders and experts

After 18 months: readiness to step into a senior technology leadership role with strong strategic and operational capabilities.

Profile:

• Experience in technology management within retail, FMCG, e-commerce, or multi-site/international environments

• Strong strategic mindset and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

• Experience working closely with C-level stakeholders

• Fluency in English (min. C1)

• High mobility, learning agility, and openness to international career paths
