Are you experienced in transition management and passionate about leading complex migrations across supply chain operations? Our client – a global leader in consulting and technology services – is expanding its GBS (Global Business Services) Hub and is looking for a skilled Transition Manager with French and English fluency.
Transition Manager with French - remote
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead multiple transitions for the client’s GBS Hub, ensuring seamless knowledge, system, and capability transfers across functions.
Enable successful go-lives for transitions.
Plan and execute full or partial transition programs across various functions.
Review project proposals, define goals, milestones, timelines, and required resources.
Manage end-to-end transitions of processes from local sites to the GBS Hub.
Collaborate with Function Leads, GBS teams, and local stakeholders.
Create and manage transition plans; report progress as scheduled.
Identify risks, propose corrective actions, and ensure alignment with client stakeholders.
Deliver key transition outputs: SOIs, process maps, and documentation.
Facilitate knowledge transfer training and ensure methodology is followed.
Provide expert guidance and advisory on transition practices.
Support ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Transition Management Office (TMO) Lead.
REQUIREMENTS:
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
Background in Supply Chain processes
Strong experience in transition/migration management
Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and risk mitigation skills
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams in international environments
