Valuation Controller
Here are some of the things you can look forward to:

Perform Fair Value Adjustment (FVA) and Independent Price Verification (IPV).

Calculate Prudent Valuation (PVA) and prepare Fair Value Levelling (FVL).

Improve controls and implement valuation methodologies.
-
Prepare Management Information for various committees.

Provide a comprehensive view of the P&L and Balance Sheet in collaboration with Business Financial Control and Core Product Control.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Product Control functions, Quantitative Analytics, Front Office, Market Risk Management, IT, and Operations.

Streamline processes to achieve efficiency and improve service quality
You are the right person for the role if you:
-
University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field from a reputable institution.

Strong understanding of financial instruments and valuation techniques.
-
Basic knowledge of market risk factors.
-
Advanced Excel skills are essential; knowledge of VBA is preferred. Access & SQL experience is a plus.

Excellent analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.

Proficient in written and spoken English.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.

Ambitious, driven, and enthusiastic.

CFA or FRM qualification (or in progress) is a plus.
