Data Analyst Data Steward

We’re looking for a Data Analyst – Data Steward to join our partner’s team this September or October. This is a full-time role with flexible working hours, perfect for someone who enjoys solving real data challenges and wants to grow their skills in a supportive environment.

It’s a great opportunity for anyone who likes working with large datasets, cares about data integrity, and feels comfortable using Salesforce and Excel to tackle real business problems. You’ll also be exposed to a variety of domains and technologies beyond Salesforce, giving you plenty of room to broaden your skills.

We’re after someone with an analytical mindset who can turn messy data into clear insights, handle multiple priorities with ease, and communicate effectively across teams.

What You’ll Do

✔ Work with large sets of raw data — clean, enrich, and prepare them for upload

✔ Research and confirm company and contact data using third-party tools

✔ Identify and address data gaps and quality issues

✔ Monitor data quality and perform audits, deduplication, and validations

✔ Assist with ad-hoc data requests and research tasks

✔ Support end users with data tickets and reporting queries

✔ Explore opportunities to apply generative AI for organising structured and unstructured data

What We’re Looking For

🔹 1–2 years of experience as a Data Steward / Data Analyst

🔹 Solid Excel skills (advanced a strong plus)

🔹 Basic experience with database queries (entry-level SQL)

🔹 Experience managing and analysing large datasets

🔹 Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)

🔹 Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM administration

🔹 Fluent English (at least B2+) — able to communicate confidently in a business setting

🔹 Understanding of data standards, policies, and governance

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Bonus Points For

⭐ Genuine interest in exploring how generative AI can be applied in data analytics and management

⭐ Salesforce Administrator cert

⭐ Experience with tools like Demand Tools
