Job Description
Growth & Retention team works with our clients to grow their app engagement. The team runs user acquisition, engagement, upsell, cross-sell and education campaigns for our clients applications. We are data-driven in everything we do :)
You will be responsible for:
- Run marketing campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end: you will design experiments, develop campaign strategy, and drive execution of the campaign through to completion
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to meet our client growth targets
- Campaign optimization
- Reporting
- Creating and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, Apple Search Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads and retargeting campaigns, affiliate campaigns
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- A strong background in a strategic marketing or product marketing role
- A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
- The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
- A creative approach
- An energetic and willing attitude
- Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts, and product managers
- A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone determined and able to win
We will be even happier if you:
- Have experience in App Marketing or Mobile Games Marketing
- Knowledge of Mobile App Market (Apps & Games)
- Knowledge of iOS & Android
- Basic App Store Optimization Knowledge
- Have experience in install ad platforms such as InMobi, TapJoy, Chartboost, Appnext, Leadbolt or similar
