Job Description

Our Marketing team in Kraków, Poland looks for UA Manager to work with our clients to drive users to their mobile apps.

You will be responsible for:

Build a marketing function to scale-up acquisition, conversion, and monetization
Both Paid & Free Acquisition marketing experience
Previous experience working with mobile apps & games
Experience in Twitter, Facebook, ASO, SEO Content, CRM, Display, Email, viral marketing
Basic knowledge of App Store Optimization for iOS and Android
Define and deliver conversion and retention strategies, to increase the activity of users (MAU) across all user groups, and cross-sell/up-sell both sides of the marketplace so that buyers become sellers and another way.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of work experience
A strong background in User Acquisition marketing for mobile apps & games
A love of data and can analyze a marketing funnel; you can identify and size different growth opportunities and the various ways to meet them
The ability to think strategically and develop comprehensive, data-driven marketing plans
A creative approach
An energetic and willing attitude
Experience working cross-functionally with creatives, engineers, analysts, and product managers
A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone determined and able to win

We will be even happier if you:

Have +5 years of experience in App Marketing or Mobile Games Marketing
Knowledge of Mobile App Market (Apps & Games)
Knowledge of iOS & Android
Extensive App Store Optimization Knowledge
Have experience in install ad platforms such as InMobi, TapJoy, Chartboost, Appnext, Leadbolt or similar
