ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Facilitate smooth financial operations:
- Ensure seamless coordination with the accounting firm and organized documentation flow, resulting in timely and accurate financial reporting and smooth audits.
- Provide financial support
Payroll and administration:
- Optimize accounts receivable processes to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding payments by supporting the Sales team in onboarding, running timely billing processes, and payment collection.
- Streamline accounts payable procedures, resulting in timely payments and complete invoice documentation.
Payroll management:
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for the team on financial matters, resolving inquiries and providing advice.
- Responsively address ad-hoc requests for financial data and information, enabling informed decision-making.
- Foster cross-departmental relationships by working with other operations teams.
- Ensure smooth administration of company’s benefits (processing, enrollment, resignations).
- Provide accurate data for the accounting firm, allowing for timely onboarding, payroll calculation, and processing (absences, KUP, etc.).
- Manage occupational health and safety and medical examinations for both new and current employees.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Must-haves:
- Polish native proficiency
- English working proficiency (C1)
- 3 years of work experience, minimum 1 year of experience in finance.
- Familiarity with basic accounting, finance, tax, and labor law topics.
- High attention to detail that does not stop you from efficiently doing tasks.
- Ability to read contracts in English and find the necessary information in a long document.
- Great time management skills.
- Likeable, approachable, helpful, easy going.
- Fluency using digital tools in daily work: Google Drive, Google Spreadsheets, Excel, email, Google Calendar, Slack.
Nice to haves:
- Great “personal UX”: communicate in a brief & concise way.
- Having a “how we can make this better” approach.
- Self-confident: if you notice someone else’s errors, you point them out and suggest ways to improve.

- Ensure smooth working of our finance operations.
- Establish relations with other team members to ensure a smooth flow of information.

- Investigate our cost structure and recommend areas for optimization.
- Be a source of truth for our team members regarding financial aspects.
