Junior ERP Customer Support Consultant with German

Aptean is now seeking a Junior ERP Customer Support Consultant to join our Support Team as part of our continued growth!

If you're a strong communicator and thrive in the IT world, this position is for you! The goal: solving customer inquiries and providing competent support as well as testing and documenting new modules and releases.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer inquiries (IT tickets)
• Problem analysis, error identification, and finding solutions
• Escalating more complex issues to L2 or L3 support
• Ensuring knowledge sharing by documenting solutions in the knowledge base
• Collaborating with team members and other teams to find the best solution for customers.

Requirements:

• General IT knowledge
• Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong investigative and analytical skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
