aqua cloud is looking for an energetic Lead generation and qualification specialist fluent in German and English to multiply the number of happy customers and new users in the DACH and EU markets.

In this role, your main task will be to process and qualify inbound leads as well as generate qualified outbound leads, and schedule a further sales demo meeting.
Your job will be accompanied by a well-documented process, sales scripts, product training, automated tools, and managerial support. This position is part of our company's cohesive sales team, consisting of qualifying Sales Representatives, closing Sales Executives, and Customer Success specialists.
You'll work fully remotely, within a flexible schedule, deep into the exciting field of software development and QA, and help us to take away the pain of software testing for our customers.
We expect from you:
- Your German and English are C1-C2, fluent enough to conduct dialogue and engage German/English-speaking customers in writing or in a live dialog.
- You have professional experience in outbound lead generation and can share examples of your successful performance in the past.
- You have an excellent grasp of sales theory, understand the stages of sales, are not afraid to handle objections, and are solely focused on results.
- You have worked in IT or are familiar with software development and QA.
- You have the ability to address both technical and business challenges with effective solutions.
- You are determined and have the unconditional will to achieve your personal success through your own performance.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Process the inbound leads, communicate, follow up, and qualify
- Identify potential customers within the target market for the outbound
- Generate leads with outbound messaging through LinkedIn
- Deliver impactful sales product pitches
- Set appointments for our Sales Executive and follow up on leads
- Study the product documentation, our value proposition, and the customer portrait
- Use CRM software to manage leads and document achieved results on a daily basis (Zoho, daily reports)
- Continuously self-educate to improve and deepen your understanding of QA processes in IT.
Your job is actually quite simple, yet not without its challenges: arranging appointments for us at the decision-maker level (Leads/Managers, Head of, Chief or Director positions) with potential new customers.
