Czym będziesz się zajmować?

• Prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych od A do Z:

  • zbieranie oczekiwań rekrutacyjnych od hiring managerów, 

  • tworzenie ogłoszeń o pracę, 

  • aktywne wyszukiwanie kandydatów na rynku, 

  • przeprowadzanie rozmów rekrutacyjnych, 

  • udzielanie informacji zwrotnej kandydatom,

  • składanie ofert zatrudnienia.

Nasze oczekiwania:

• Nastawienie na realizację celów, którymi są tzw. placement, czyli nowi ludzie na pokładzie,

• Umiejętność poruszania się po social mediach (zwłaszcza LinkedIn),

• Swobodna komunikacja w języku angielskim,

• Głowa pełna pomysłów jak przekonać kandydata właśnie do naszej firmy,

• Optymizm i zdolność do funkcjonowania w zmiennym jak rollercoaster środowisku pracy,

• Mile widziane kreatywne sposoby docierania do kandydatów.

• Znajomość jednego z wymienionych języków obcych takich jak: niemiecki, hiszpański, francuski będzie dużym atutem
