Transport and warehouse quality Specialist with Dutch

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of transport, warehouse, and terminal damage and quality claims.

• Registration, documentation, loss calculation, and follow-up of insurance claims.

• Coordination of inspections with internal experts, insurers, and external surveyors.

• Launch and monitoring of recovery actions.

• Pro-active management of quality issues, including drafting, supporting, and communicating preventive actions.

• Full responsibility for external stock control activities.

• Organization and follow-up of yearly IT stock checks (coil stock), comparing ArcelorMittal systems with external warehouse IT systems.

• Coordination and follow-up of physical stock counts at external warehouses.

• Management of IMR user access for external warehouses (new users and maintenance of existing users).

• Close collaboration with technical teams and external partners.

Our expectations:

Fluency in English& Dutch, both spoken and written.

Openness for hybrid work, 50% time of work - home office, 50% time of work from the office in Dąbrowa Górnicza

Prior experiences in Transport and Logistics as a plus.
