As our TA Partner, you’ll be the go-to for recruitment, building great candidate experiences from start to finish and working with hiring teams to find the best talent out there.

Collaborate & Guide: Partner with hiring teams to make recruitment smooth and insightful.

Shape Strategy: Tailor recruitment plans to bring in the right fit for our high-demand roles.

Own the Process: Handle everything from sourcing and screening to onboarding.

Creative Sourcing: Use a mix of tools and networks to reach top talent.

Build a Talent Pipeline: Keep tabs on great people for today’s roles and future needs.

Leverage Data: Use recruitment insights to support smarter hiring decisions.

Improve & Align: Ensure our recruitment practices stay efficient, inclusive, and compliant.

Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, ideally in a fast-paced or global setting.

People Skills: Great communicator who builds positive relationships at all levels.

Sourcing Pro: Skilled with Boolean searches, social networks, and sourcing tools.

Organized & Adaptable: Proactive and efficient, balancing quality with speed.

Data-Savvy: Comfortable using data and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday).
