We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Group HRIS & Projects Manager to lead a small Corporate team and take ownership for the the governance, integrity, and continuous enhancement of Workday—our global HCM platform, successfully embedded across Armacell for over five years. This role reports directly to the CHRO and is based in our Wroclaw office, operating within a flexible hybrid working model.


Your Tasks:

  • Ensure the integrity and optimization of Workday HCM (Core HR, Compensation (Core & Advanced) Talent Acquisition & Management, Learning, Absence (Selected countries), Reporting and Security)

  • Lead a team of Workday administrators and ensure HR & People Management processes are mirrored in the system, in line with Business HR and Business requirements

  • Design and deliver HR and management analytics dashboards and internal/external HR reporting, supporting HR and Management Information as well as ensuring compliance (eg. ESG reporting, Pay Equity rules…)

  • Drive HR operational excellence through the HR community maintaining data quality, process adherence, and efficiency improvements

  • Manage system upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement projects

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement and manage additional digital HR tools (e.g., Employee Survey, Awards Platform)

  • Coordinate training for HR and end users to maximize system adoption and effectiveness


Your Profile:

  • Degree in HR, IT, Computer Science, Analytics, or a related field

  • 7–10 years of experience in HRIS, ideally with a background in operational HR before transitioning to systems and data-focused roles

  • Strong expertise in global HR platforms (preferably Workday), including reporting and analytics

  • Proven project management skills (agile…) and familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across all organizational levels

  • Curious, proactive, self- motivated and committed to knowledge sharing and team development

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
