Coordinating Team Member
MAIN TASKS:
Monitoring team performance and reporting results
Overseeing the achievement of project goals
Motivating team members to achieve results
Collaborating with the project coordination team
Providing individual and group mentoring/coaching
Conducting onboarding for new contractors
Preparing and updating team-related materials
Handling tasks related to HR documentation workflows and cooperating with the HR Team.
Coordinating contractors’ activities in accordance with company standards
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1 year of experience in coordination, quality, or training teams.
English proficiency at a minimum C1 level. Knowledge of Polish is a plus.
Highly developed planning and organizational skills.
Highly developed communication skills.
Attention to quality, full commitment, and task completion on time.
Available for 150 hours per month with flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
Additional foreign languages will be an advantage.
