Digital Artist (High-End Retouching & Compositing)

We’re looking for a Digital Artist who thrives in the world of photorealistic imagery, seamlessly merging art and technology at the highest level. Whether your background is in high-end retouching, VFX compositing, or art direction, we want to hear from you.

Your Mission:

• Create and execute photorealistic key art for films, game covers, and matte paintings – from concept to final delivery, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Handle CGI post-production, blending CGI with photographic material to achieve breathtaking visual effects.
• Craft cinematic compositions that tell stories through light, texture, and atmosphere.
• Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, and 3D artists to elevate visual storytelling.
• Support the development of artistic direction, ensuring a consistent and striking visual language.

What You’ll Bring:

• High-end retouching and matte painting expertise, capable of transforming raw imagery into masterpieces.
• Strong compositing skills, seamlessly merging CG and live-action footage.
• A stunning portfolio showcasing your expertise in digital art, advertising, VFX, or entertainment media.
• A sharp eye for detail, a passion for innovation, and a collaborative spirit.
• Experience in creative direction or leading visual projects is a plus.
• Communicative English for smooth collaboration and client feedback.

Preferred Tools:

• Photoshop – absolute mastery required.
• Nuke or After Effects – a strong plus for VFX compositing.
• 3D software knowledge (Blender, C4D, Maya) is an advantage.
