About project and position:
Based in Silicon Valley and backed by top-tier VCs is a new mobile innovator delivering exciting new products for consumers across the planet.
The company has a flagship VPN application that drives ~10M MAUs. There are others in the portfolio as well as others in development
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Web marketing: Optimize the website and landing pages. Optimize conversion through A/B tests
- Email marketing: Design an email marketing strategy
- Social media: Build our social media presence to educate and engage our users
- Paid marketing: Design and execute paid marketing channels, including search, social media, affiliate, influencer, referrals, etc.
- SEO: manage company's SEO partner to drive organic traffic
- Product marketing: Build product positioning and messaging that drives familiarity, consideration, and action from our customers and prospects
- Analyze and optimize campaigns: Analyze performance (LTV, incrementality) and cost of campaigns. Optimize campaigns based on performance. Conduct A/B tests in-app and on the web.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product, design, and engineering to execute marketing campaigns
Potential Additional Responsibilities:
- Growth marketing: Work with the product team to optimize in-app experiences, push notifications, onboarding flows, and other touchpoints to improve user engagement
- Payments: Build a payments roadmap to improve transaction processing
- Build brand: maintain a consistent brand image through multiple channels
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in web marketing
- Preferred Experience in SEO, Affiliate marketing, Influencer marketing, and Customer research and developing customer personas
- Bachelors in a quantitative field (Engineering, Business, Economics, Math, Sciences etc.); MBA in marketing
- A strong grasp of the web product marketing toolkit (both organic and paid), including market measurement, competitive analysis, user segmentation
- Paid UA experience on the web (Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
- Analytics tools to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Large-scale user acquisition through multiple channels (5M+ downloads per year / 100K+ subscribers per year)
- Managing the entire campaign lifecycle, including ideation, design, channel selection, analytics, and optimization
- English - Upper Intermediate+
