Who We’re Looking For: MVP Sales Consultant

As an MVP Sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of our 4-Step MVP Program, driving growth by running our proven sales process to close deals. You’ll work with potential clients to create tailored MVP blueprints (training provided) and ensure success post-sale through check-ins and our referral program.


This hands-on role is perfect for someone structured, proactive, and passionate about helping founders turn ideas into successful products. You won’t just close deals—you’ll guide founders through a key stage in their journey and set them up for long-term growth.

What You’ll Do

➔ Run our ready-to-use sales process (leads pipeline, CRM, automated flows, SOPs, and pitch materials provided).

➔ Lead sales calls, present the 4-Step MVP Framework and tailor pitches to founders’ needs.

➔ Craft free MVP blueprints for potential clients, detailing scope, features, and technical insights (full training provided).

➔ Drive lead conversion and close deals to achieve sales targets.

➔ Ensure client success post-MVP delivery by building relationships and monitoring satisfaction.

➔ Manage our referral program to drive repeat and referral business.

➔ Collaborate closely with our product development team for a seamless handover process.


What You Bring

➔ Experience in Sales within SaaS or product companies.

➔ Proven ability to lead sales calls, pitch solutions, and convert leads into customers.

➔ Excellent communication skills with English fluency in writing, reading, and speaking (you’ll work with English-speaking clients).

➔ A structured, process-driven approach to following workflows and adhering to SOPs.

➔ Confidence in discussing product development processes and frameworks (technical background not required, but a bonus).

➔ Strong client relationship-building skills, including post-sale and customer success interactions.

➔ A proactive mindset and ability to think consultatively when crafting tailored MVP blueprints.

➔ Flexibility: choose between a hybrid model (2 days in our Warsaw office, 3 days remote) or fully in-office work.

Our Recruitment Process

  1. 5-10 Minute Intro Call – Quick alignment to see if there’s a mutual fit.
  2. Portfolio & Experience Review – Send us an overview of your sales experience. This is reviewed asynchronously.
  3. 15-30 Minute Video Call – A conversation to get to know you, your values, and your experience.
  4. Offer & Trial Period – If there’s a match, we sign the contract, and you’ll start with a 30-day trial period to see how we get along.
