Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Manage setup and optimization of Amazon Ads campaigns.
  • Evaluate Amazon Ads campaign performance metrics to spot trends, gain insights, and identify areas for improvement. Offer actionable recommendations based on the analysis.
  • Effectively manage and distribute advertising budgets across campaigns to achieve peak performance.
  • Report key campaign insights directly to international clients and offer optimization solutions based on data.
  • Leverage 3rd party bid optimization tools to improve campaign effectiveness and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., client service, sales) and external partners (e.g. clients, ad networks, marketplaces) to ensure alignment between advertising efforts and business goals.


What you’ll need to succeed:


Required:

·      Hands-on experience with retail media advertising (Amazon Ads, Criteo).

·      Highly skilled in analysis and data interpretation.

·      Demonstrated experience in managing and maximizing advertising budgets.

·      Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

·      Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic setting while handling multiple tasks at once.

  • Fluent English allowing you to work in a fully English-speaking environment.
  • Availability to work till 6.30 PM once a week.


Nice to have:

·      Knowledge of programmatic advertising and DSP environments.

  • Well-versed in ad technologies and platforms such as Amazon DSP, Google DV360, The Trade Desk, Pacvue, Skai, Helium 10, etc.
