Assembly Digital Commerce (ADC) is the E-commerce division of Assembly. We deliver exceptional media and digital commerce tools, services and solutions to accelerate and fuel brand performance in an online world. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
Conducting audits and mappings and creation of Excel reports.
Conducting projects according to approved CPS and regulations.
Thorough and precise execution of given tasks.
Reporting on the progress to the clients and internal teams.
Reporting project’s progress status.
Reporting of project status and challenges.
Work according to the agreed time of work.
Following the supervisor’s instructions.
Gathering materials from the clients and internal teams.
Sorting materials delivered by the clients and internal teams.
Uploading/updating materials to the online systems, e.g., Amazon, Synthrone, Syndigo, DAMs, PIMs, etc.
Creation and updates of folders in online systems.
Support for the users of the online systems (clients and internal users).
What you’ll need to succeed:
Very good English level (B2/C1)
Knowledge/interest in marketing and e-commerce
Maintain a high level of focus on the details of the project
Maintain a high focus on constant on-time delivery
Great organizational skills with attention to detail (able to spot lacking dot in the sentence)
Self-motivation to deliver top-quality projects
