Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

• Conducting audits and mappings and creation of Excel reports.

• Conducting projects according to approved CPS and regulations.

• Thorough and precise execution of given tasks.

• Reporting on the progress to the clients and internal teams.

• Reporting project’s progress status.

• Reporting of project status and challenges.

• Work according to the agreed time of work.

• Following the supervisor’s instructions.

• Gathering materials from the clients and internal teams.

• Sorting materials delivered by the clients and internal teams.

• Uploading/updating materials to the online systems, e.g., Amazon, Synthrone, Syndigo, DAMs, PIMs, etc.

• Creation and updates of folders in online systems.

• Support for the users of the online systems (clients and internal users).

  
  

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Very good English level (B2/C1)

• Knowledge/interest in marketing and e-commerce

• Maintain a high level of focus on the details of the project

• Maintain a high focus on constant on-time delivery

• Great organizational skills with attention to detail (able to spot lacking dot in the sentence)

• Self-motivation to deliver top-quality projects
