About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and support asset production for the US market. This role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams, including creative, development, and compliance (e.g., Legal, R&D). 


The PM will be responsible for overseeing the production of digital assets (websites, web widgets, banners, mailings, etc.), ensuring high quality and on-time delivery — often under time pressure and tight deadlines. This role requires working US business hours — specifically from 14:00 to 22:00 CET.



Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:


  • Manage end-to-end production of digital assets for the US market, including websites, emails, banners, and related materials.
  • Coordinate tasks across internal and external teams, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Collect, interpret, and implement stakeholder feedback, especially from highly regulated functions such as Legal and R&D.
  • Act as the main point of contact for US-based stakeholders, maintaining clear and proactive communication.
  • Oversee timeline management, risk assessment, and prioritization of tasks in high-pressure, fast-paced settings.
  • Ensure quality control and compliance with brand and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure knowledge exchange between teams working in different time zones – core team working between 9 – 5 PM – as some tasks for US will be realized in this time zone.



What you’ll need to succeed:


·      Experience in managing digital asset production (websites, emails, banners).

·      Strong coordination skills across creative, dev, and compliance teams.

·      Fluent English

·      Experience working with US-based stakeholders (nice to have).

·      Ability to handle feedback from regulated departments (Legal, R&D).

·      Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlines.

·      Comfortable working across time zones and with remote teams.

·      Availability to work US hours (14:00–22:00 CET).

·      Focus on quality, detail, and compliance standards.
