Graphic Designer / Motion Designer

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:

• Take full ownership of animating content—from concept to delivery—including videos, reels, and banners.
• Work from scratch or follow storyboards with precision and flair.
• Collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, designers, and client service teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Be a voice of visual excellence—providing insight, feedback, and guidance to elevate design quality across the team and among external freelancers.
• Guarantee the quality and consistency of all delivered assets.
• Provide regular status updates on your projects and manage timelines responsibly.
• Engage in knowledge sharing and participate in internal training sessions to grow as a designer and team member.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 2–3 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer / Animator.
• A strong, well-curated online portfolio or showreel that highlights your motion design capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—especially After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
• A keen eye for motion/graphic design trends and a desire to keep evolving creatively.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude with laser-sharp attention to detail.
• Professional proficiency in English
• A proactive mindset—curious, solution-oriented, and full of positive energy
• Bonus points for experience with tools like Creatopy or similar ad design automation platforms, as well as basic sound mixing and video editing.
