About the role:
The Head of Digital Shelf Management will be responsible for building and implementing e-merchandising strategies in projects executed by the agency. The main tasks include optimizing online sales activities for clients, improving user experience (UX), and maximizing conversions on e-commerce platforms. The role also requires initiating and developing new products and services for the agency.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
· E-Merchandising Strategy:
o Creating and implementing merchandising strategies for clients' online stores.
o Analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in e-commerce.
o Developing existing services and creating new products in the agency's offerings.
· Conversion Optimization:
o Implementing actions to increase conversion rate (CRO).
o Testing and improving the functionality of e-commerce platforms, such as product recommendations, navigation, and user interface (UI).
· Team Management:
o Building and leading a team of specialists in e-merchandising, UX/UI, and data analytics.
o Collaborating with marketing, sales, and technology departments to integrate and ensure consistency of activities.
· Analysis and Reporting:
o Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, website traffic, and average cart value.
o Preparing reports and recommendations for clients and the agency’s management.
· Client Support:
o Providing strategic advice on optimizing clients' e-commerce platforms.
o Collaborating in implementing new technologies and solutions that support online sales, such as automation tools, personalization, or data syndication.
