Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

  • Plan and lead strategic projects with clearly defined business outcomes and long-term value for the client.
  • Develop holistic, insight-driven communication and digital strategies that unify business goals, audience behavior, and platform potential.
  • Build modular content ecosystems and storytelling frameworks that scale across regions, channels, and touchpoints.
  • Analyze a wide range of data sources to generate strategic insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
  • Create actionable, creative, and implementable strategic solutions that directly address client challenges.
  • Conduct audits of digital presence, brand performance, and platform potential, delivering recommendations with clear business rationale.
  • Develop and refine strategic tools, frameworks, and intellectual property that enhance team capabilities and client outcomes.
  • Proactively support business growth by identifying opportunities and shaping solutions aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead the development of business proposals in collaboration with Client Unit Leads and Client Service teams.
  • Co-create and evolve new strategic offerings, methodologies, and internal processes to ensure agility and innovation.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, elevating the strategic standard across the organization.
  • Deliver structured, persuasive, and professional communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present strategic recommendations and project results with clarity and confidence to senior client stakeholders and internal leadership.

 



What you’ll need to succeed:


  • 5+ years of experience in strategic roles across digital, brand, communications, or consulting, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or digitally mature client environment.
  • Demonstrated success in leading complex, multi-stakeholder strategic projects from insight to execution — across channels and markets.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver strategic work across key areas such as:

-Brand and communication strategy

-Digital commerce

-Platform strategy and audience planning

-Go-to-market and product launch strategy

-Information architecture and modular storytelling systems

-User research
