About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Account Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client services relationships with our multimarket clients and optimizing our clients' digital marketing campaigns to achieve their business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital channels with focus on performance marketing , and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:
· Client Relationship Management: Act as the main contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and managing multimarket accounts. Build long-term relationships with support from the Managing Partner.
· Campaign Management: Develop and optimize digital marketing strategies (PPC, social media, digital). Deliver KPIs and support AB testing, new channels, and optimizations.
· Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and report campaign performance using BI dashboards. Implement data-driven improvements.
· Collaboration and Coordination: Support business reviews, work with internal teams, and coordinate external vendors. Ensure campaigns follow best practices.
· Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensure financial accuracy, and complete reconciliations on time.
What you’ll need to succeed:
· Approximately 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in account management
· Strong understanding of performance marketing and e-commerce
· Great communication skills
· Fluent English
