Release Train Engineer (RTE)

We’re looking for a Release Train Engineer, who’ll join the project from pharma/medical sector. The candidate will join an existing Agile Train - experience as a SAFe RTE is essential

• Location: 100% remote (Poland)
• Full-time
• Salary: 900 - 1200 PLN net + VAT / day / B2B (depending on skills and experience; contract of employment is also possible)

Responsibilities:

• Agile Coach for the Product Team
• Organizing and driving SAFe events (meeting between teams, ART sync at every stage, Demos, workshops, and Backlog Refinement)
• Coordinate and drive all other Scrum Masters in the ART towards the goals set collectively as per Lean-Agile
• Foster open communication between the teams and stakeholders to increase transparency and awareness towards progress and roadblocks
• Advocate the adoption of Agile and SAFe best practices and processes
• Constantly refine and stay connected with emerging themes and discussions in the larger community that have adopted the Agile approach
• Support deploying SAFe practices tailored to the organization's needs. This would involve the standardization of procedures and documentation
• Create an environment that gives autonomy to the teams while they work on their projects and build trust among them for better collaboration

Main requirements:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in the Agile space as a Coach, Product Owner, Scrum Master and/or Developer
• At least 6 years of experience in work related to IT software development
• Leading Agile transformation within an organization
• Mentoring teams through their Agile adoption
• Teaching and coaching teams about Agile engineering best practices
• Experience with using Agile and Lean practices
• Providing thought leadership at the firm and project level
• Developing and delivering workshops; participating in training efforts
• Evaluating and recommending appropriate tools
• Project-based experience with Scrum and other Agile methodologies
• Certified with one of following: Scrum Coach (CSC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and/or Project Management Institute-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, conflict resolution, and empowerment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (advanced English - at least B2/C1 level)
• MA/Eng. in Information Technology or Business or relevant experience.
