AutoBidMaster is on a mission to help our customers give a second life to used cars by simplifying auto auctions for all. We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Agent to join our international logistics team. This individual will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers experiencing car shipping issues.  


Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers with on-line questions, issues, website navigation, order tracking via email, phone, chat etc. as needed. 
  • Manage customer support by obtaining, analyzing, and verifying customer’s needs. 
  • Act as the face of the Company to influence customers to order from us again.   

 

Requirements: 

  • Strong proficiency in both English and Russian 
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
