We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Dispatch Agent to join our international logistics team. This individual will primarily be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers experiencing car shipping issues. In addition, they will coordinate with our drivers in the US to ensure timely and efficient transportation.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving car shipping issues in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with drivers across the US to facilitate prompt and efficient pick-up and delivery schedules.
Effectively communicate with our Customer Support Team, keeping them informed of car shipping status, delays, and any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other members of the logistics team to optimize shipping routes and delivery schedules.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipping details, driver schedules, and customer interactions in the company database.
Manage emergency situations related to car shipping, coordinating with drivers and customers to find satisfactory solutions.
Assist with inquiries about car shipping processes, policies, and pricing
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in English;
Strong proficiency in Russian/Ukrainian;
Prior experience in a freight forwarding, logistics, or customer service is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle stressful situations.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
Working hours: 15:00 CET - 00:00 CET
Working from the office is required
