We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent who will join us on our Warsaw Team. This position would be responsible for all aspects of automotive retailing. 

Responsibilities :

• Engage with new leads on daily basis and convert them into active buyers.

• Manage the full vehicle purchase cycle - from first contact to delivery at the buyer’s final destination.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional buying experience.

• Grow and develop each assigned account to consistently achieve your monthly sales targets.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Teams around the globe to reach team goals and optimize performance.

• Receive buyers' feedback and ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 

• Car sales experience is a plus 

• Working knowledge of CRM tool 

• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team 

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively 

• Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for clients
