AutoBidMaster is on a mission to help our customers give a second life to used cars by simplifying auto auctions for all.    

We are looking for an experienced Sales Agent who will join us on our Warsaw Team. This position would be responsible for all aspects of automotive retailing. 

 

Responsibilities  

  • Work with new and current customers on daily basis 
  • Provide support over the phone, chat or email on every step of vehicle purchase and delivery process 
  • Build relationships with customers to provide exceptional experience during vehicle purchase 
  • Grow and develop each individual account to ensure your personal target is reached on monthly basis 
  • Work closely with International Sales Team to reach monthly goals as a team 

 

Requirements   

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Car sales experience is a plus 
  • Working knowledge of CRM tool 
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently and as part of a team 
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales effectively 
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, ensuring a positive experience for clients
