Rollout Manager

Welcome to the Execution & Delivery unit! This unit adds value by enabling efficient, scalable, and repeatable release management operations for the vast majority of IT initiatives.

As a Roll-out Manager, responsibility includes ensuring that new releases and rollouts to technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with established standards.

Collaboration with various stakeholders such as other Release & Rollout managers, Test managers, Product owners, Execution leads, Scrum Masters, and Operations teams is essential to secure a safe and successful delivery.

Your responsibilities

1. Defining the release & roll-out strategy, governance model, and milestone plan based on established processes and best practices.
2. Coordinating the release & roll-out organization and surrounding teams in preparation for go-live, including securing resources, building the go-live implementation plan, and executing dress rehearsals.
3. Leading release go live and post-go-live activities.
4. Planning and coordinating change activities throughout the roll-out activities.
5. Planning and coordinating business verification activities during rehearsals and go-live.
6. Overseeing that production operations teams receive proper transition support as new solutions are rolled out.
7. Leading roll-out decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each roll-out milestone.
8. Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration.
