As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating and executing digital marketing strategies that generate leads, support the sales pipeline, and strengthen collaboration across our commercial team – sales, pre-sales, and customer success. This role is all about driving business growth, not just product awareness.
You’ll work closely with the commercial team to ensure our campaigns are aligned with buyer needs, market priorities, and customer journeys. Your work will directly impact revenue by feeding the sales team with high-quality, nurtured opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Own the B2B digital marketing strategy and execution for our IoT solutions (Anjay and Coiote), with a focus on lead generation and pipeline acceleration.
Plan and run multichannel campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, email automation and HubSpot.
Collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, and customer success to identify campaign needs, refine targeting, and improve conversion.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics based on data and feedback from the field.
Create impactful content (landing pages, case studies, blog posts, whitepapers) that supports each stage of the customer journey.
Identify quick wins and long-term growth opportunities in inbound and outbound marketing.
Expectations:
Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technical or SaaS environment.
Proven track record of running lead generation campaigns that translated into revenue growth.
Hands-on experience with performance marketing, marketing automation, and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads).
Ability to work closely with sales teams, understand their goals and support their efforts with well-targeted content and campaigns.
Strong communication skills – ability to simplify technical topics and translate them into customer-relevant messaging.
Analytical mindset – comfortable with KPIs, dashboards and optimization based on data.
Fluency in English (B2+); technical background (engineering/IT) is a plus.
Experience or understanding of IoT is a strong advantage
