About the role:

The main objective of the position is to design and manage solutions meeting specific clients’ needs and to drive sales of advanced CX services and technologies on international markets in the eCommerce and Retail. In the role you will be the key manager responsible for business development and designing custom solutions for vertical clients by using your unique sector know-how. As a Solutions and Business Development Manager, you must have an outgoing personality as well as an exceptional commitment to actively build the company’s presence on multiple markets. You should also be the leading expert on eCommerce and Retail-specific CX and BPO solutions for Axendi clients and internally. We are searching for a business partner for our clients and internal vertical leader.

 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement new services, solutions and offer dedicated for eCommerce & Retails

  • Own, develop and manage P&L growth within the veritcal

  • Develop international business and sales focused on eCommerce & retail vertical

  • Generate new business opportunities through active acquisition of leads and identification of client needs

  • Own, develop and manage pipeline within the vertical

  • Understand and manage customer needs, provide advice and design solutions combining technology, vertical & BPO & CX know-how and delivery expertise

  • Supervise formal, financial and legal aspects of cooperation with clients

  • Deep know-how supporting company growth in the eCommerce & Retail - advanced industry expertise

  • Report results regularly, both qualitatively and quantitatively

  • Stay up to date on vertical know-how, trends and best practices, share knowledge within the company

  • Coordinate implementation of new projects and manages proper business development

  • Represent company at sales meetings and business conferences worldwide

Our requirements for the role include: 

  • 3-years+ work experience in a manager position in e-commerce business with international coverage: vertical e-commerce, consumer goods or marketplace - inhouse CX or operational structures, specialized business services provider, start-ups

  • Fluency in oral and written English (C1/C2)

  • Knowledge of other language at C1/C2 level is nice to have

  • Deep sector know-how, understanding of the business specific and effective operational processes design and execution

  • Degree qualified

  • Fluency in MS Office

  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term and partnership business relationships

  • Pro-active, results-oriented, quality-oriented

  • Maturity and high business awareness

  • High level of autonomy and self-discipline
