The current team is working on a credit data storage system that requires adaptation to various business changes and ongoing maintenance to ensure its efficient operation.
- The analyst we are looking for should be able to elicit requirements (asking the right questions, listening actively and facilitating workshops or interviews, visualizing findings and solution proposals) and validate them. Such person would be breaking down complex problems, identifying dependencies and constraints for the team.
- Such person needs to have experience in data engineering, data mapping, data mining, data modeling (relational, canonical models), data warehousing (incl. relational databases, DataStage/ETL, best data warehousing practices incl. optimization).
- Candidate also has knowledge about Data Governance framework as per international data governance rules.
- Knows data architecture principles, proposes solutioning on the micro level, is able to visualize proposed changes in ERD, sequence diagram or data visualization in charts. Understands BPMN.
- Understanding BPMN
- SQL: Expert level (must have)
- ETL: Senior level (must have)
- English: B2 and higher (must have)
- UML: Intermediate level (ERD and sequence diagrams – must have)
- BPMN: Basic level
- The candidate should also have a solid understanding of Agile ways of working.
