Sales Executive at Banana Panda


Banana Panda is a brand of educational puzzles, games, and books that delight little minds and grownups who care about them. Our products are designed to offer family bonding and immersive independent play for babies, toddlers, and growing kids alike. Diverse products, themes, and play ideas offer something for every child from birth through age 9.


We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive to join our team at Banana Panda. In this role, you will be vital to our toy industry sales efforts in European and US markets. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities


  • Proactively hunt for new clients and identify leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and participation in trade shows (both regional and national)
  • Develop B2B relationships with clients and potential clients (daily interactions with new and existing customers)
  • Identify, qualify, and maintain existing accounts
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client's needs on time
  • Assist new clients by answering questions about products, services, and price plans
  • Initiate new customer and vendor relationships, creating opportunities for growth
  • Lead generation, tracking, and follow-up
  • Prepare regular, scheduled reporting as required by decision-makers
  • Collaborates with the team to ensure alignment with brand strategies in forecasting, business planning, and pipeline development
  • Consults with HQ decision-makers and other parties to understand customers’ business challenges and supply chain goals


Qualifications


  • Required minimum of three years of commercial experience in a similar position in the toy industry in Poland (preferred International markets)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Polish
  • Ability to build positive and long-term relationships with Clients
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to aggregate and represent sales data
  • Strong ability to persuade, motivate, and influence others
  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with a positive outlook and clear focus on high quality and business profitability
  • Willingness to travel for sales meetings, trade shows, and customer visits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools (HubSpot preferable), B2B e-commerce platforms,
  • Nice to have: business relationships with wholesalers and distributors in Europe and the USA.
