ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

It's a 24-months, fast-track to management with unprecedented international exposure that's geared specifically for high-potential Individuals.

Our Marketing Graduate Programme helps you to develop exceptional commercial skills - fully understanding the dynamics of the market you are operating in, and how the BAT Marketing departments of Brand, Activation, Trade and Strategic Planning & Insights work together to achieve outstanding business results.

As a Global Management Trainee, you will have the outstanding opportunity to rotate through various positions and lay the foundation for a successful and internationally oriented career.

What’s waiting for you?

• Accountability from day one through self - driven projects,
• Rotations within marketing function including 3-months rotation in Field Force – you'll possibly relocate to other city, receive a car and step into shoes of BAT Representative,
• Possible international assignment based on your performance and business needs.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or similar
• Recently graduated and/or up to 3 years of professional experience
• Passion for Marketing and a general knowledge of its core functions
• Driving licence cat. B
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• National and/or international mobility
• Self-motivation, willingness to take initiative, and a drive to succeed
• Proficiency in English and Polish (both written & spoken)
