Demand Analyst

Your Tasks

• Owning the statistical baseline forecasting for all standard products with sufficient actual sales history (including sell-out data) to generate the most accurate statistics

• Generating insights and data-driven decision support for better forecast accuracy achievement

• Utilizing the latest AI and machine learning baseline forecasting methods and optimal forecasting models and parameters for each product/category/market to build unbiased and accurate demand plans

• Controlling the sales history cleaning process in cooperation with demand planners

• Maintaining the relevant planning master data

  
  

Your Profile

• University degree (minimum Bachelor's) in Data Administration, Statistics, Analytics, or Economics

• Min. 2 years of experience in sales forecasting or the business analytics area, preferably in the FMCG industry

• Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written), ability to communicate efficiently with all levels of management and peers

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, optionally VBA or Power BI

• APO or/and OMP system knowledge welcome

• Excellent analytical skills

• Very good communication skills

• Ability to work remotely in a multicultural environment

• Ability to build and develop relationships with both internal and external partners
