Your Tasks

We are the Global Finance Services (GFS) team at Beiersdorf Shared Services, the global Shared Services business partner within the Beiersdorf family. We are closely integrated into the Beiersdorf organization, so we can work with our internal partners on eyelevel and always deliver maximum value. Your tasks will mainly focus on supporting our accounting team in tasks like:

• Operational Support: Day to day accounting tasks and providing transactional data required for tax returns

• Reporting & Analysis: Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities and assisting with account reconciliations

• Compliance & Documentation: Support in the collection of financial documents also stepping in contact with externals

• Administrative Tasks: Preparing excel reports and summaries

To support your enjoyment and professional growth in this role, we offer: Excel & SAP training, participation in project meetings, daily support from senior team members and the managers.

Your Profile

• You are studying finance, or accounting and taxes or a comparable field of study – you are striving to improve your acumen in field of accounting & taxes

• You can work min. 30h per week in a hybrid mode from our Beiersdorf Campus located in Poznań

• You work structured, carefully and have a high sense of ownership

• You have basic knowledge for MS Excel

• Properly enrolled during the entire time as a student trainee, at least next 12 months

• Very good knowledge of English spoken and in written
