Junior Learning & Training Expert
Your Tasks
As a Junior Learning & Training Expert in People Services HUB Poznan, your primary purpose is to ensure delivering, administer and evaluate learning and training initiatives that enhance the skills, knowledge and capabilities of our employees across 26 European affiliates. You will play a critical role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth by aligning training programs with organizational objectives to drive employee development and performance.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Match learning and training needs from local organizations across Europe with the most effective solutions.
Provide guidance and support to employees seeking learning and training opportunities; recommend resources and pathways for skill enhancement and career advancement.
Identify suitable training programs and elements, and manage their delivery.
Pre-select external training providers and collaborate with Learning & Training Manager and Procurement Team to optimize terms and conditions.
Coordinate logistics and administration to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
Utilize learning management systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and other learning technologies to administer, track, and evaluate training programs and participant progress.
Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve training initiatives.
Collaborate with the Global Learning Community to ensure global process alignment and enhance global Learning & Training processes and tools.
Promote new training initiatives, including our global learning platform to foster continuous learning.
Standardize and optimize learning and training processes and tools in close cooperation with other Global Learning Community and HR Business Partner.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration or related field.
Knowledge of Learning & Training processes, methodologies and current market trends.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint); experience in administering Learning Management Systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is an additional asset.
Ability to build and manage effective vendor partnerships.
High level of ownership, initiative and a positive “can-do” mindset.
Team-oriented approach, supported by excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Initial experience or willingness to develop within an international environment and multicultural teams.
Fluency in English; additional European languages will be considered a strong asset.
