Your responsibilities in this position:

• Lead and coordinate a team of translators, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects

• Manage workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet deadlines and maintain efficiency

• Review completed projects to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards

• Provide feedback, guidance, and training to translators to enhance their skills and performance

• Utilise translation software and tools to optimise workflows and maintain quality

What do we expect from you?

• Proficiency in English (mandatory) 

• Proven management skills 

• High attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

• Eagerness to learn and understand market-specific language features
