Meta Ads Specialist (w/m)

Your responsibilities in this position:

•  Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Pinterest

• Independently plan, set up, optimize, and scale campaign activities.

• Test different campaign strategies and creative approaches in close collaboration with internal teams and platform partners to maximize performance.

• Implement new ad formats and solutions that support campaign scaling.

• Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with the team.

• Prepare clear performance reports with recommendations for key stakeholders and decision-makers.

• Collaborate with creative, video, and content teams on the development of ad creatives and copy.

• Monitor advertising trends and new platform features.

• Proactively track changes within the Meta and Pinterest ecosystems and recommend new initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

•  Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager.

• Solid analytical skills and experience working with performance KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, conversions, and attribution.

• Experience with analytics tools such as GA4, Looker/BI tools, and spreadsheets.

• Ability to create clear reports and present campaign results.

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – this is a must-have.

• Strong focus on achieving goals and delivering results in a structured and professional way.

• Well-developed analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

• Creativity and a good sense of aesthetics when collaborating with creative teams and preparing briefs.

• Ability to translate insights and data into recommendations for advertising creatives.
