Role Overview
To accelerate our growth and become a global leader in our market, we are expanding
our Sales Team - as a result, we are actively seeking experienced Account Executives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SaaS company to help scale our
Sales organization. You will be primarily responsible for building long-term relations with
our prospects and promoting the company’s products and services. This is an exciting
opportunity for a talented and ambitious sales professional who would relish the
opportunity to build something new and exciting.
About You
You will be excited and highly motivated at the prospect of playing a critical role within
one of Europe’s fast-growing, eCommerce companies and helping our company to
realize our ambition and become Poland’s next SaaS unicorn. Our ideal candidate will
have excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Will know how to manage deadlines
and provide enhanced customer support. You are highly motivated and have a
detail-oriented approach.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for achieving sales objectives. You’ll be identifying
marketplace opportunities, prospects, and engaging new clients, developing proposals,
and managing the contract process. You will collaborate within your team to find new
leads and develop strategies to engage potential customers.
Responsibilities
➢ Opening new accounts by identifying and qualifying prospects
➢ Closing sales opportunities utilizing superior presentation and negotiation skills
➢ Presenting and demonstrating the value of products and services to prospective buyers
➢ Communicating with prospects to identify their requirement
➢ Explaining and negotiating contract terms to prospects
➢ Develop solid sales proposals to successfully and effectively convince prospects to purchase the SALESmanago products and services
➢ Ensure revenue goals are met
➢ Staying up to date on industry trends and company products/solutions
Requirements
➢ Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2C/E-commerce software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales
➢ Fluency in English and Spanish (B2/C1)
➢ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
➢ High levels of self-awareness, self-motivation, ownership, innovation, and adaptability
➢ A deep understanding of prospects’ needs allows you to design sales processes that solve a customer’s challenges
➢ Previous experience working in SaaS industries and SaaS business models, MARTECH preferred
➢ Exceptional personal, verbal, and written communication skills prioritization, problem-solving, and project management skills
➢ Passion, drive and desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference to both the company and our customers
➢ High level of business acumen
➢ Ability to work with clear targets and develop plans and objectives to achieve those targets
