Our products are used by CEOs, Managers, Directors, and Project Managers of companies such as Netflix, NASA, Tesla, Apple, Uber, Samsung, Porsche, Siemens, Intel, Boeing, LG, and many more.

As our Client Success Specialist you’ll be the liaison between our Customers and our Business Teams. Your role will be to present our products, advise, suggest and discuss solutions with our current and potential Customers without sales activities. You’ll also be responsible for co-creating video tutorials and whitepapers, participating in marketing events, monitoring our Customers needs, and close cooperation with our Product Managers and Product Owners when it comes to planning new functionalities of our products.

To achieve success, you will need:

  • Proficient Polish and English language skills (near-native), both written and spoken
  • In-depth knowledge of our products
  • Willingness to conduct training and webinars (experience in this area will be considered a major asset)
  • Client-oriented approach
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to participate in every aspect of generating business value
  • Team-player attitude

Nice-to-haves

  • German language skills (near-native), both written and spoken 
  • Knowledge of:
    • PPM tools, Jira, and the Atlassian ecosystem
    • Project management methodologies
    • Agile and agile at scale frameworks, in particular Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework
  • Experience in a similar position in a company from the IT sector
