About the role

We are looking for an experienced AI Business Process Analyst who will join a project focused on transforming organizations into AI-first operating models. In this role, you will redesign business processes end-to-end so AI becomes the default execution and decision layer, enabling measurable business outcomes through intelligent workflows, agents, copilots, and automations.

What you will do

• Analyze and redesign business processes with an AI-first mindset, identifying opportunities to eliminate manual steps, delays, approvals, and rework loops.

• Design AI-native workflows where agents, copilots, and automations become first-class actors in operational processes.

• Translate business requirements into AI-implementable process specifications, including decision logic, data requirements, inputs/outputs, and success metrics.

• Collaborate closely with AI Engineers, Data Engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and measurable AI-driven solutions.

• Define and track business KPIs such as cycle time reduction, throughput increase, cost optimization, and error reduction to measure AI impact.

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, process transformation, or operating model/workflow redesign.

• Proven experience redesigning and optimizing business processes, not only documenting them.

• Strong understanding of AI systems, including LLMs, AI agents, copilots, and workflow automations.

• Ability to translate business needs into scalable and buildable AI-driven solutions in collaboration with technical teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and change-management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI-driven, digital, or automation-led transformation programs.

• Familiarity with agentic AI concepts and AI governance models.

• Consulting background.

• Experience defining and managing value realization frameworks.
