About the role
We are looking for an experienced Claims Processing Analyst who will join a project for our client in the financial and banking services sector, supporting Middle Office operations related to trade processing, claims management, and regulatory compliance across global markets.
The work is hybrid - 3 days from the Client's office in Warsaw.
What you will do
Process interest claims and penalties in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
Investigate failed trades end-to-end to identify root causes and determine liable parties
Collaborate with brokers, custodian banks, and transfer agents to resolve claims and discrepancies
Analyze documentation, validate calculations, and assess claim accuracy and legitimacy
Ensure compliance with regulations (e.g. CSDR, ISITC) and maintain accurate reporting and records
What we are looking for
2–3 years of experience in the financial sector, with exposure to securities or FX trade processing
At least 1 year of experience in Middle Office / Trade Processing / Settlements area
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Professional level of English and strong communication skills
Familiarity with financial regulations (CSDR, ISITC) and good knowledge of MS Office
